Elizabeth is the founding Attorney for The Henin Law Firm and takes pride in delivering the highest level of customer service to each and every client. As a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker for over 15 years, Elizabeth understands the business risks and provides a unique perspective to the practice of law. Elizabeth focuses her practice as a transactional attorney representing local and national commercial real estate developers, home builders, owners, investors, commercial landlords & tenants, and businesses. Elizabeth also conducts personalized commercial and residential real estate closings. Experienced in a wide range of complex real estate related matters from contract through closing (and post-closing), Elizabeth has built a career servicing the real estate industry.

Elizabeth’s services include a broad spectrum of real estate-related matters including but not limited to: contract drafting and negotiation, contract review, due diligence, plat review, title review, easements, development agreements and other related documents, closing documents, commercial leasing, homeowners’ association documents, business acquisitions & sales, title & escrow services, title insurance, and commercial and residential real estate closings.
Prior to practicing law, Elizabeth held various leadership roles working with Fortune 500 companies, developed extraordinary business relationships, and negotiated countless contracts. Elizabeth has also taken pride in supporting her family’s long-standing Real Estate Development Company, the Henin Group.

Elizabeth earned her J.D., Magna Cum Laude, in the top 2.9% of her class, and received eight (8) Book Awards for obtaining the highest grade in the following law school classes: (i) Residential Real Estate; (ii) Environmental Law; (iii) Property II; (iv) Transactional Drafting; (v) Torts II; (vi) Civil Procedure; (vii) Lawyering Process – Research and Objective Legal Writing; (viii) Lawyering Process – Pretrial Litigation Drafting.

Elizabeth also earned a Certificate in Real Property and Environmental Sustainability, and a Pro Bono Honors Award. Elizabeth also has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Management.

During law school, Elizabeth served as Staff Editor for the Florida Coastal Law Review (earning a publication for her writing and drafting skills) and as Executive Student Director for the Florida Coastal Pro Bono Program. Elizabeth also worked as a Legal Extern for the Orange County Attorney’s Office, supporting a variety of real estate related matters including: land use & development, construction law, contracts, eminent domain, environmental law, code enforcement, and administrative law.
