2020 Sales at Henin Group’s Boost Projections Ahead of Schedule
Springview Woods – part of a 64-acre development that opened in 2018 – sold out 1½ years sooner than originally projected. Two of the development’s four phases sold out last year and the 20+ sites remaining should be sold out by next spring.
“D.R. Horton sales there have been brisk,” said developer Jerome Henin, president of The Henin Group. “In 2020 we sold 55 sites in Springview and we still have an additional 14 sites scheduled to close in October,”
Henin breaks ground on Springview Woods
. JMHC site contractors began clearing and road improvements in August, 2017 on the property, the last parcel of land for development in the Springview subdivision.
. Mr. Henin said the first phase of homesites will be ready in the first quarter of 2018 when homebuilder D.R. Horton will start construction on its first model homes.
. D.R. Horton is the approved builder at Springview Woods. They are offering one- and two-story single-family homes from two to five bedrooms with prices starting from the low $200,000’s.
